ছবিতে টিক চিহ্ন দেয়া ডিমটি কিন্তু কোন মুরগীর কাজ নয়। তাহলে হয়তো জিজ্ঞাসা করতে পারেন যে, এই ডিম কী কোন মোরগ পেড়েছে? না আসলে তা নয়। ডিমটি চীনের একজনমানুষ পেড়েছে (বানিয়েছে)। আসলে ডিমটি নকল ডিম নকল ডিম তৈরি করতে যে সব রাসায়নিক দ্রব্য প্রয়োজন হবে সেগুলো হল: ক্যলসিয়াম কার্বনেট, রেজিন, গ্যালেটিন, স্টার্চ, এলাম এবং অন্যান্য রাসায়নিক দ্রব্য। নিচের ছবিটি দেখুন: প্রথমে রাসায়নিক দ্রব্যগুলো একসাথে মেশানো হয়। এরপর গোলাকার ছাঁচের মাধ্যমে ডিমের কুসুমের আকৃতি বানানো হয়। এরপর রঞ্জক পদার্থ মিশিয়ে কুসুমের রং প্রদান করা হয়। এরপর তরল ক্যলসিয়াম কার্বনেট দ্রবনে ডুবিয়ে ডিমের সাদা আকৃতি প্রদান করা হয়। প্যারাফিন ওয়াক্স ও জিপসাম পাউডার মিশিয়ে একে শুকিয়ে ঠান্ডা করা হয়। ঠান্ডা হলে এটি ডিমের শক্ত সাদা অংশেরআকৃতি লাভ করে। আর দাম? সেটা তো অবশ্যই কম। এর উৎপাদন খরচ ডিম প্রতি লেগেছে ¥0.21 অথবা ২.২ টাকা যেখানে ১ টি ডিম এখন বাজারে পাওয়া যায় ৭ টাকাকরে। তো এবার আসুন মুরগী জাতিকে এবার একটু স্বস্থির নিঃস্বাস ফেলতে দেই
এবার আসুন ডিমটি অমলেট করা যাক। দেখুন একদম আসল অমলেট। স্বাদও মাঝে মধ্যে আসলের থেকে ভাল হয়। কিন্তু ফুড পয়জনিংয়ের কথা ভুলে গেলে চলবে না।
